The staff is always nice and solicitous. The work seems alright. Yet still I have the problem that Honda does not break down the charges for each service or the labor costs - only a lump sum of $1,000.00 plus. Nor in the owners manual is there definable table stating at what mileage is each service to be done as in my past Taurus maintenace manual. My next car that will be a big factor as well as the cost breakdown.

No cap in coolant tank. Cost $330 to fix problems caused by this at El Cerrito Honda. Greg Sasaki won’t return phone calls regarding this issue.
