Aaron helped me out every time when I bring in for service.
I was not told that you had moved. And when I called I asked if this was the only honda dealership in SF. Whoever I spoke to said yes. There was a Van Ness adress in google biz, and since I was told there was only one Honda dealership in the city, I assumed you were still at market and van ness. Apparentky, I was lied to, and there is another Honda dealership in upper van ness in pacific heights...and yours is in the mission at Folsom and 16th st. I would rather have gone to pacific heights, or to serramknte than have to the mission which is very inconvenient from where I live. The location is very inconvenient.

We got really great service from Rey. The Folsom location is not very convenient for us, but it is worth it to us to go there because we have so much confidence in Rey.

Driver seat was super dirty due to mechanic dirty uniform
Everything pretty good but communication could be helped by an update a little earlier in the day to allow me to plan how/when to pick up my car. Otherwise no issues.
Tyrone and the folks at the 9th ave service center were great - no problem there. But, when I called the main number (****-****-xxxx)to book an appointment, I was given a time (Tuesday 12:30). When I showed up at that time, the 9th ave folks said they were booked for the day, and to come back tomorrow. Seems the availability that the general booking number sees does not match the reality at the individual service centers? Disappointing to make the trip for a scheduled appointment, only to be turned away.
Juan was very courteous and professional. I felt well taken care of.

The recall work was done ok, if I can judge. However, I was misinformed by
the office about to where I can find Star service for smog check for DMV.
I was sent to Daily City for that service. I checked this info on the internet
and found the Smog Fulton which is a few blocks away from Honda Service
