Greg is AMAZING the true definition of customer service! He made sure I was taken care of throughout the process and despite difficulties regarding my warranty insurance company he took things in stride and made sure my original issue was resolved plus things they found during the inspection! He is much appreciated and I hope reps like him are celebrated and appreciated by HONDA for exemplifying such excellent customer service!
I picked up my car and after I drove 2 hours Tire pressure alums on. I have to go back Servise again. They said forgot reset.

Tommy was terrific. This is one of the best customer experiences I have had. I felt well taken care of, and was even surprised by his extra care on getting me back and forth to work, updating me when my car was done, even the coffee was good! I also wanted to mention Tee Shurafa, she helped set up the appt. She was great- very nice and friendly. She was very sincere in helping me and providing great service. When you walk in the door, everyone was nice and helpful!!
Good service overall with a minor hiccup. Service advisor was at first hesitant to provide pre purchase report for me (the reuqester/buyer) and insisted that it be provided to the seller and that it be presented to me by the seller. After discussing that a pre purchase report would be useless to the buyer (me) if not issued directly by the shop, I was put on hold until another advisor followed up with the promise of emailing it directly and providing the photos. Appreciate the excellent service from the second advisor.
Engine light came on; staff diagnosed the problem and fixed it!

I was told my car would be ready by noon. It wasn't ready until after 3om. When I went to pick it up I had to wait while the bill was fixed because the coupon wasn't applied to it. And it really **** that you no longer wash the cars that are being serviced.

The service was fine, but I would have liked a more complete and carefully prepared estimate of the recommended services and repairs. The cost of these items is quite substantial (over $3000), but the listing was incomplete and the pricing was not included. Upon my request, the missing items and the pricing were added by hand to my copy of the paperwork, but some of it is hard to read compared to a printout. The items are not totaled or broken down into parts and labor cost, as I would expect with a formal estimate. Not a huge complaint, but I thought this feedback might be helpful. I seem to recall that service and repair recommendations were prepared with more completeness and formality on my previous visits to this dealership for periodic maintenance.
