Greg was extremely helpful BUT it was not possible to update my navigation system hardware. For that, I am disappointed.

I’m pleased with the service. It was my first time at this location. I wasn’t sure where to enter for service- maybe I missed the signage. Overall, happy with the service.
I'm glad the work was done successfully and without issue. I do have some comments about the scheduling and communication that could be improved, though.
It was unfortunate that the parts were not in and I wasn't informed when I dropped my car off. I had a specific timeframe I needed the car back that day and had gotten confirmation it'd be done by then when I scheduled the appointment.
I'd been told over the phone that it would take 1 day for the replacement glass to arrive, and I scheduled it something like a week in advance.
They also said I should check with my insurance before scheduling it. I told them I didn't need to and would pay for it out of pocket if my insurance didn't cover it. They said they'd call me back the next day to confirm, and I told them please don't bother because I want it done regardless (which was where we ended the call).
After that exchange I had told my wife in advance that I was worried about something like this happening, and when the part turned out to be "missing" and this wasn't discovered until after I had dropped my car off for the day, that was frustrating. I don't know if they actually ordered it and the supply chain experienced some unexpected problem, or just didn't follow-up on their todo for the next day. Regardless, better communication would have been much appreciated!
My main screen that controls everything constantly freezes and I was told there is nothing that could be done which is really upsetting. I am also not able to see when I back up the van. I spend $50k on a car AND buy warranty on the software. If I knew, I would have bought a sienna which is what I formerly owned. I would not recommend this van anymore.

they didn't tell me about a cracked suspension part until I asked about it on the inspection report

Aaron was good, attentive and polite. The same goes to your
driver. However, the whole experience
was unacceptable: incorrect information,
failure to give me a warning that I
would not be able to make the smog check
releasing my car without checking it,
the waste of my time (and that of my
family!) - all unacceptable. I understand it as
witholding the information and
disrespect to the clients.
Carl Ace Ravago was great! Explained what services my car needed and got me in and out ahead of schedule.

I made a reservation for 10:30 AM on the website. There were open appointments every 30 mins from 8:30-11 AM. I received confirmation via text, but when I pulled into the service center, Ace said he didn’t receive my reservation via email. I completely understand that the electronic system is out of his control but he began to explain to me that I wouldn’t have my car until at least 3 PM. I am super thankful that he ended up having my car done on time (12 PM), but was a little bummed at how hard I had to advocate for myself. I would’ve appreciated a little bit more understanding & attempt to remedy the situation, rather than saying “sorry you’re not in my system, don’t know what to tell you.”
Overall, I am super thankful that Ace got me service in a timely manner, just a small customer service note for the future. Thanks team!
