I cannot fathom how the oil level was assessed as being low if it was changed a day earlier. I do appreciate that you offered to fix the problem after I informed you about it. I was inconvenienced to tow my Honda Civic back to the shop and I hope we can continue to do business in the near future by some kind of financial incentive such as a service discount on my next appointment.
