I don’t understand why I had to go twice to the repair shop because of a job badly performed at the first place. I’m a long time Honda customer, Senior and handicap I do not ambulate very well and taking the city bus isn’t an easy task for me specially on a rainy day witch was the case. I really feel that customer should compensated some how for the inconvenience. C.I

Over several years I have experienced the BEST, most reliable, expert service at the Marina location. I go for an annual safety checkup - fluids, brakes, battery check, etc. Always at a fair price. Last time they recommended new tires, since my car was 8 years old. Installation and cost were flawless. I am a single woman and drive from the East Bay because I trust your mechanics in the San Francisco Marina location.

I was told I could pick up my car between 2:30 or 3pm but had no update provided until I called at 5pm to figure out what was going on. It was then that I learned I couldn’t pick up my car until the following day. I would have liked to have been informed without having to fish for information myself.
