Tommy and the team at SF Honda are always nice and willing to negotiate with coupons and deals so I can keep my cat running at reasonable prices. I do not feel forced into purchasing anything and thank you all for taking such good care of my car.
Excellent service. I wish there was a better waiting area other than waiting outside. However I understand the circumstances due to COVID-19. That being said some bottled water would have been greatly appreciated.

During These uncertain times it was nice to be treated and welcomed with such friendliness. Although they were not able to do the four-point inspection due to the lineup of cars ahead of me it was very expeditious change in my battery! Greg was fantastic to work with and I was very happy with the service provided.

Because I’m a black girl I get treated differently everytime I come here it’s wrong!
I had gotten there to pick my car up only for them to just now take it to the back to get fixed when I had an appointment at 9am! Seem like every time I come here everybody has an attitude all of the sudden I don’t be rude Iam completely respectful every single time! I find offensive how they treat me a black women and I’m pretty sure a lot more can say the same!
