I did not see any attempt to clean or sanitize inside my car. I guess that must be standard practice with Honda, Ford always did it. Greg Masangkay kept me updated on the progress, the needs, and recommendations. So even if I had problems with my AT&T carrier we were able to communicate in a timely fashion.
