I had to bring the car back for incomplete work/botched service so it’s impossible to say I was completely satisfied. Especially after spending $5000. Although everyone was quite professional in their demeanor, I felt that the employees with whom I interacted expressed no regret for, or recognition of, the significant inconvenience I experienced, particularly by having to return the vehicle to the mechanic so that they could (1) deal with the main issues that I originally asked them to resolve; and (2) address the problem THEY created during the service they performed.

Only issue is that my driver side window is still squeaky when it goes down. Issue is intermittent. But ray provided outstanding service and went out of his way to answer questions and ensure I was taken care of

I went there for a different reason and I even left my car for a check out, but instead of checking my car for what I paid for because it wasnt free they contacted me and they told me what my car needed even though I wanted something else. First of all, I feel the company should hire bilingual employees and they should be honest with the customers instead of taking advantage of them.
