Downside: i booked a 9am appointment it took 2 hours for the service. I understand it was busy what might be helpful is ti get eatimates of how long the service may take

My Honda Element was vandalized while I was visiting San Francisco. I was unable to drive the car, so had it towed to Honda Service. Greg handled everything perfectly, found the parts needed to repair my car and had me on the road in a day. Super job! I was on a hectic work schedule and needed be on the road ASAP. Thanks to Greg I had no interruption in my schedule. I could not be more pleased with Greg and Honda Service.

Where should I start? - I've been a Honda satisfied customer for 13 years. My current CRV is my 7th Honda since 2007. It would probably be my last.
- I was promised a car a day after I upgraded (by your invitation), but it was damaged so I didn't get it only after a week. It was your fault.
- due to that I paid twice for that month. An extra $405 I donated to Honda
- Also, they said the car would come to me, but actually I had to drive again to the city to switch. All good.
- Then, a good two months of over 20 emails trying to resolve the financial situation. Honda owes me money. Finally, I agreed to get a "free" to rack. It wasn't free, I paid for it because of your mistake
- Another week past and a guy so called Tee never responded to my emails, calls, nothing. Do you even have that guy there? Tee is MIA
- Finally, got to the garage. Aaron (who is amazing!) checked me in, but after one hour advised me - hey, no roof rack. Surprise.
Roof rack is now installed. I'm good. Disappointed and kinda want to turn the time back to when I got to SF dealership to upgrade a car but downgrade my experience. Thank you for listening.
Tommy was very helpful. Immediately took the car in and was able to get the car out very quickly. Service with a smile. He is great to work with.
I wish the price would have been lower for the repair, however The speed of service, friendliness, and shop cleanliness was amazing as always.
