Thank you for doing such a thorough job at a good price. It would be nice if your drive up space looked more professional, like in Serramonte, and that I didn’t have to wait as long before someone came to help me, but from that point forward I had a great experience.

greg was great once I was able to drop my car. I sat in my car for 25 minutes while people walked by saw me there and didn’t do a thing. I asked several people to help me get someone to check me in. One said oh sorry I’m going to lunch. Other said oh yeah I’ll get somebody. Another said oh they’re on the phone talking with other customers. Give me a break. Other than that the service was good, but it was a terrible way to start the experience.

Thank you for fixing up my problematic shaken engine in my car today. I was pleased to know that the clip part was found missing or poor. It was replaced with a new better part. It was caused by the previous technical's errors. It was now resolved. Under the ADA compliance laws, effective communication must be required to meet my special needs with full, complete written notes. Thank you, Steven M

My service advisor, Reynoldo Gomez provided outstanding and excellent service and help in the service and repair of our Accord. He kept me updated on the servicing of our car, helped us to save on the cost of the repair, and got the repairs done in a timely manner. Reynoldo is my favorite service advisor at the Honda Service Center and I look forward to having him help me again in the future. Dale L
