Hello, my name is Will Huie. I picked up my Honda Pilot yesterday, Tuesday, 08/20. 1 of the 4 warning lights that it had is still on and not resolved. This is the photo that was shown when the vehicle was brought in.
Personal care, addressed all questions I asked
I was told when I picked up my car I need front brake service. The brake pads are worn out and is measured at 0.2 mm and need replacement right away. I had oil changed back in April this year and received a complementary multi-point inspection at the same shop. The brake pads are .65mm. Between April and now it is only 4 months and the mileage is less than 1500 miles on the odometer. How could it becomes .2 mm from .65 mm. Your shop is trying to scam me with false number in order to con me into getting a brake service that I don’t need.
This is unprofessional and unethical.
