Great service at this location in terms of keeping room available for cars to pull up and retrieving your car. Everyone appeared to be working well together as a team: one employee could voice something across the garage and it would be clearly repeated and related in a form of closed-loop communication and delegation to get the task done. At the front desk Tyrone is very efficient, calm and clear. A long line did not appear to deter him one bit. He greeted each customer warmly. He went to the cars to retrieve mileage etc efficiently. He was straightforward on the recommended service items and costs and related to that had the computer screen tilted in a way that both he and the customer could see everything. He was understanding when I said I will need to hold on getting most items done except oil change and tire rotation until next time because we were setting aside cash for home renovations. There was no pressure. This was an awesome experience.

Tried to sell me on expensive service that was not required. Showed me three options none of which included the minimum required. I am still convinced all three were unnecessary and solely to increase revenue. I can no longer trust SF honda service to give me honest advice. Very disappointed.
