From start to finish the people and service was exceptional. Tommy was awesome, the complimentary shuttle was unexpected and so appreciated, and it was just an easy process overall which is my biggest concern when dealing with car maintenance, the inconvenience, and there was nothing inconvenient about my experience. I made an apt for an oil change at 11am and had allowed a window of 2 hours to get it done. I did add a request to hv a leaking tire looked at when I arrived . I did not expect it take more than 2 hours. At about 1pm when my car was still not ready I had to Uber to a meeting that I had scheduled and then Uber because I needed to drive to San Jose for another meeting and I ended up missing the meeting! So I was really frustrated and even though I hv had every single service done to my Honda at SF Honda (and at Serramonte Honda). I would think twice about going there again. I also believe I paid way too much for an oil change and tire repair. I guess that’s why people go to Jiffy Lube! I really would like to know that my Honda dealership was the place to go for the best service but I have lost confidence in that being the case. Very disappointing.

It is always worth the drive from SanMateo to have Honda service at SF Honda.Today I brought in the Accord for a recall service. Though I was early for the appointment, Michael took care of the service and got me out quickly. I do appreciate his care. Thank you.

Once again you set my tire pressure too low. 15 minutes after I drive away the check tire pressure light came on. This happens every time I visit.
