Kevin was very helpful & timely. I had an oil change & tire rotation covered by CarDoc. I also had over 60K miles on my car & he suggested I need to change the transmission fluid. It was not covered by CarDoc & he quoted me a price $275. I asked for a discount, & he was able to find a 10% off for my service. I am very appreciative for his help. Picked it up on time.

Aaron is great. I've been going to the Honda Repair Shop for years since it was at the Van Ness location. He's always attentive, friendly and I can trust that I will be taken care of. My car is always finished by the end of the day and I'm kept updated as to the status of the job. One issue to report. The courtesy vehicle has a driver that should get some coaching. He seems a little impatient and can come across as being disgruntled. He's been there awhile but now looks like he's getting tired of the job.

It was the most unpleasant and unnecessary service. I wanted a replacement key for my car, there was a charge for the key, for the set up and then never got The piece. My husband was told there were many in stock, went back by bus because the key does not work. The fob was NOT in stock, an entire day wasted. Just ridiculous service. But if course there was free advice on all of the other services my car is in need of. This is not device it’s, money grubbing. I am bitterly disappointed in the conduct of today.
