I cone once a year. I book online and it never works. I have a 2016 Honda purchased through you and it costs me $400 to $500 each year. About the same as my 25 year old Honda. Absurd

The service took far too long for a simple oil change and they kept telling me the car would be done at any minute, and it ended up taking almost an hour after that. Completely negligent service.

My car was serviced as recommended. It is important for me to have my car ship shape driving to and from work as well as driving my family from place to place. It’s important that my car is reliable even though it is almost 5 years old. The service department rep explained everything and answered my questions. I asked if there were any coupons available since I was having the full recommended service which was costly. Returning customers should be offered a discount. When paying for the bill, the regular rep wasn’t there, but the rep who was there did the best that he could to provide good customer service. I did miss my regular rep Aaron! Please be sure that someone services the bathrooms regularly. Thank you!

Kevin was great but the price changes are ridiculous. $60 to replace a brake light is a way to make a few quick bucks but lose customers in the long run! I live a block away from 9th ave but I’m already starting to use alternatives to SF Honda.

Kevin provided excellent service and expertise, as always. We have been in many times to fix our Accord and it's basically a money pit. But Kevin and Tyrone and the mechanics are wonderful and we appreciate them very much.

Overall, the service was good. After I had agreed to the recommended service options, I found out that there was more work that needed to get done. I get that wasn't known at the start, but had I known the extra stuff, I would've said no to the recommended options, since my bill ended up higher than I was comfortable with.
