I noticed a strong, unpleasant odor as I was driving home. I had to take the car back the next day as the odor made my sinuses swell. They told me it was an additive to the air filters. They replaced the air filters. Why would you put something like that in the filters? The smell is noxious and someone with severe allergies and asthma might need an ER. They could then hold you liable.
My experience was excellent. I was greeted cheerfully and promptly, the representative explained clearly what needed to be done to the car, the time it would take and an estimate of the cost. The work was completed within a couple of hours, well in advance of my expectations. Before I knew it, I had settled my bill and was back on the road. I would recommend Ace Ravago's services to any Honda owner.

As an intro and side note to my complaint, my car recently had a window broken. The main reason I brought the car in now is to reset the computer sensors to pass the smog test. He Drove my car around to try to reset the Computer sensors, which I wanted him to do. But after 20 miles he said he couldn’t continue unless he replaced the window for $665. I told him I don’t have that for a window right now. To get my car back from him I had to pay $160. Between this trip and working with Honda 9th Street service center I feel that I’ve paid $500 for nothing- I’ve seen nothing tangible come from hundreds of dollars in service fees.

Kevin’s accommodations exceeded my expectations. It was my initial experience at Honda service center on 9th Ave. and was very impressed with the prompt, efficient , honest and friendly service from Kevin and the staff. I will recommend this place.

The problem wasn’t fixed. Also, when the small part that I ordered came in, nobody bothered to call me about it. I had to call myself three weeks after it was ordered to find out that it it already arrived. Y’all ****.
