He was extremely helpful in obtaining the information needed about the repairs that if aught to do. He gave me a list of the parts that need to be replaced and gave me prices of the costs. Very professional and helpful.

Aaron Wong (asst. service manager) is consistently courteous, straight forward, knowledgeable, and most importantly prompt with follow up communication. During previous visits, each service dept. mechanic I have interacted with has been courteous and have shown genuine interest in learning about whatever issues were present with the vehicle, and what may cause them. I wish I could have the same confidence in knowing my service will be performed correctly with the more convenient location on 9th Avenue, San Francisco.

This was my first time coming to the service center since I got my 2019 Honda Civic. I had multiple questions and was unsure how the process works for maintenance on my vehicle.
