Aaron makes sure that he takes care of my car as it were his car. He makes the time to care and provide customer service. I prefer to bring my car in for service when he and one other service manager are there because they take the time to explain what needed to be done. Excellent!
No reply to text message. Appointment was made for 11:15am, car didn’t start getting worked on until after 12pm. Estimated finish time was 1:15pm, car wasn’t done until 1:45pm. Not happy, slow service. What’s the point of marking an appointment, if it takes 45min just to get the car inside to start getting worked on? Took 2.5hrs+ for a 1 hour job.

Tyrone was very detailed as to what servicing needed to be performed on my 1999 Honda Civic. Not only that, he promptly informed me about an additional part that needed to be replaced during the servicing, which, to me, was proactive. I was extremely pleased with Tyrone's friendliness, courtesy, helpfulness, and professionalism. San Francisco Honda is the only place that has serviced my Honda in San Francisco, and I will surely be returning to the 9th Avenue location the next time my Honda requires servicing.
The price of your services is exorbitant—3-4x more expensive than anywhere I called in the city. I understand that your products are not after market but the labor alone far exceeded what I was quoted at other shops. It is simply neither market rate nor fair.
