Aaron Wong is the reason why I drive Honda's and maintain them at SF Honda.
Took my car for routine service. I was told my air pressures was all inflated to proper pressure. Driving off the lot air pressure light went off all three of my tires is very very low. The mechanic did not check the air pressures like in the paperwork I receive. 3 tires is very low. I told Mr Wong this is bad business and was very dishonest I spend a whole lot of money with SF Honda to be treated like this. That was very dishonest.

This is not my first experience with Aaron Wong. He is the contact I met last time I came to this location, and I received the same fantastic service on this day as well.
Aaron provided really valuable insight on my car, checked for recalls, and gave me advice on anticipated future service needs for my model. I am highly satisfied with my experience, and I consider Aaron to be my go-to contact for all needs in the future.
I also appreciated the waiting area with wifi and coffee.. one of the tables was a bit dirty when I arrived, so I asked for a paper towel to wipe it from the parts desk in the back. The woman in the front was a bit confused and shrugged her shoulders... , but another man came up and immediately got a towel, followed me to the table and cleaned it for me. He was super nice and made sure I knew where everything was.
