I was told that service site closed at 6pm on Friday, I arrived at 5:45pm and it was closed. The website stated that the site opened at Saturday at 7:30. Again, closed. During this time staff and website should be clear regarding hours of operation. We were without a car for the weekend. We both work in healthcare and now need to make a special trip on Monday to pick up the car.

We scheduled an appointment to bring the car in at 10:30 for a simple oil change but instead waited 3 hours and paid more than we have ever paid $75. I was asked to come pick up the car at 1pm but it hadn’t even been started yet. They did apologize and moved the car up next in line. The car was done in 15min. Everyone is always very nice but I don’t understand what is the point of making an appointment but then being asked to wait 3 hours—esp during pandemic when you can’t take public transport or Lyft home but instead have to figure out WHERE to safely wait for that period of time. There has to be a better way. We will probably get our other car business done closer to home.

Tommy Jung is fantastic. We typically ask for him by name. Car was serviced within 2 hours. The addition of texts updating us on completion time is helpful. We have confidence in the Folsom Street service team that our baby is always in good hands.
