Travis was great , drop off was easy. My issue comes with lack of customer service from everyone else.
I dropped off early as always and pick up at 5pm. All day for a oil change just makes it easy for me and them.
When I arrived to pick up Travis must have been busy. No problem because he was not present.
Not one of the 5 other service reps even aknowledged I was standing there.
I had to ask them is Travis around ?
I got told we will text him
5 min go bye
Keep in mind I am literally just picking up my truck
I finally get irritated because the other 5 reps are talking and eating
A mechanic is flirting with the blonde rep and no other customers are around
Finally I walk in and say can’t anyone just get my truck ?
The blonde “ sorry didn’t get name” finally goes to Travis area gets my paperwork so I can sign and gets my truck.
Lack of customer service at this place is ridiculous
Again this is not directed at Travis he was great on check in and follow up call when done etc.
it just seemed like a struggle for them to do their job.
I’ve had many service representatives and by far Raman has been the best. Very pleased at how much he helped me
Katrina Munoz did an excellent job of in processing my vehicle and keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs.
you guys are great. i have owned 7 new cars in my time. your service department may be the best of all

Katrina went way above and beyond to correct the issue my suburban and take my personal time into consideration. I have owned numerous Mercedes and never once did they step up to the plate like she did that day.
When i brought in my car for the service yu also diagnosed my AC to be leaking. When i brought it in, it was still blowing cold air and when it came out it now blows only hot air. Its like u drained my AC of whatever Freon i had left. Very disappointed .its as of youre cheating me hoping i would get my AC serviced !!
My transaction with Whitney always ends up with some issue. When I got home I found that she charge my card twice. Now I have to take time out of my busy day and come in tomorrow to get this straighten out.
This was the fastest service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you for your excellent service and communication.
