I’m very satisfied with my service @ Jimmie Johnson. Not happy with enterprise car rental across the street. I was suppose to pay $15 for the insurance only on the rental. I was charged $243 and reimbursed only $188.02 back. I will be calling tomorrow.

My was finished for over 30 minutes before anyone got in touch with me. I sat in the waiting room as my car was brought back to the front, I didn't know what was going on so I didn't say anything. No one touched my car after they brought it back up front so it was done as I waited for over 30 minutes for no reason
