I had my dad's Chevy towed to your location by a towing company that was not accompanied by me or my father. Travis called, remembered my dad, asked how he was and how was our "pooch" Pierre. My father had wanted to make sure that I asked for Travis to service his vehicle and I didn't have to ask because Travis called me right away. This kind of service is what my father was used to in the "old days" and it's refreshing that he can still experience at Jimmie Johnson's through Travis. I took my car in for a repair and I knew what was wrong with it. The codes read as a fuel problem and cylinder misfire yet your service department kept telling me it was the catalytic converter I paid over $900 and the car is still doing the same thing I took it in for. It jerk upon acceleration and upon driving up hill. We drove all the way down there yesterday and drove it home to bakersfield with nothing but jerking and just rough riding. I'd like my money back for the fix that didnt need to be done!
Katrina was amazingggg!!!! Took very good care of me and my car kept me updated with the status of my car right away and asked if we needed anything else. Welcomed us as soon as she knew we were there and made sure I was satisfied. I recently just purchased my Camaro from Jimmie Johnson’s Chevrolet and I’m very very happy and satisfied that I picked the right Dealer and the best people with customer service. Charged for service that should be provided. No compensation for me wasting my time and driving there to pick up my car because no one told me when the office closed. Poor customer service over the phone.
