I hate giving anyone a bad review, but I found Katrina Munoz to be somewhat rude, condescending, insensitive, and argumentative towards me. My car is still not working properly and I was disappointed that Jimmie Johnson was unable to diagnose the problem. I do not have the money to repair it now anyway, so my car will sit in front of my house until which time I can get it repaired.

Lets just say I used to come in on Mondays until Katrina had her day off changed to Monday. Now I come in on Tuesday. I would come in on Sunday if I had to.
