William Nicholson was phenomenal it was the easiest best experience I’ve had getting an oil change. He was pleasant in communication, understanding of my time crunch, reassuring and confident in the ability to get me out in time to make it to the post office (and he did get me out in time and had my vehicle right where I left it pulled up to the front to make it easy to load up my children) and he was not judgmental at all of my children which there were many of. He politely opened the door for me (which was great because I had my hands full with diaper bags and children) and he so kindly kept his voice down when he came into the kids room to let me know my vehicle was done which was great because my baby was really tired. I wish my experience getting an oil change was this pleasant and stress free every time. From what I could tell Mr. Nicholson is a wonderful employee and person and I hope to have him take care of us again. Please tell him I said Thank You.

I will only take my car to Honda of Concord. The customer service is excellent, the service on my car is excellent and the cost for the service meets and beats other car service providers. The free popcorn is tasty and adds a treat while waiting!
