He owned a Honda Civic so sharing this story made me happy to be a Honda Accord driver and soon to be owner. He assisted with a a filter I brought to insure quality it was put in correctly. Awesome. I got excellent service from Jeremy...I picked my car up on my way to work...And when I arrived I noticed a red liquid substance on my driver side rear leather mat...It appears to be thick grape juice...Once I get off I will inspect it further...Very disappointed with that...

The service team left trash in our car (a Starbucks cup), and uninstalled our child’s car seat. When they re-installed it, they did not put the cover underneath (where it was originally) and the car seat was not installed right enough. We were not made aware of the car seat
