I don’t usually fill out these things, but I wanted to let someone know how exceptional Isaac Powell is at Honda of Concord. He is the single biggest reason we keep coming back. I know if my wife goes there without me, she has someone there who will take care of her that we can trust. I before Mr. Powell, I constantly felt like places were pushing her for things that didn’t need to be done. He is very professional and we trust him and thus Honda with our vehicle. Thanks for hiring and keeping such a strong member of your team. I’ll keep sending my wife and her Odyssey because of him.

Amazing service. Gave me plenty of options for appointment times. When I arrived, I was prepared to sit and wait but was offered a shuttle service back home and then got picked up to when my car was ready! Amazing customer service!
