After taking 3+ weeks to fix manufacturing issue on my car. My car was given in dirty look. Even though David helped us to clean car to some level, I am not happy. It’s not a regular service manufacturing issue for which I came to you.it would be minimum curtesy to handover car neat and clean to forget bad what I was going though with my car from 5 months... sorry to say this but I was disappointed with this service.

Upon arrival, thought we waited too long before someone finally spoke to us (had an appointment). Service Advisor told us it would take 1-1/2 hours and it actually took almost 2-1/2 hours. Received a notice by text that it would be 10-15 more minutes; 45 minutes later, still nothing. I had to ask Service Advisor if Car was ready and it was. I drove from Asheboro for this service since I bought the car there; I will not be back.

Mr Holzclaw was a very nice person. He help me out with my car problems very professionally. He’s a very good technician and he gave me great service. Even though I using a Cain and walked very slowly he had went beyond for me by getting my car and and understanding my medical condition. Thanks Jerame
