I had a very good idea of the cause of the noise when I showed up at Hendricks Honda. I brought along parts diagram and technical service bulletin from the HSA about the issue. The service technician called me and accused me of having worked on the issue myself or having someone else work on the issue. I call David and he also said that the issue had been worked on. The accusations were also listed on my receipt. If Mr Hendricks is a betting man I am willing to take a lie detector test for a sum of 10 k to the winner. Just to prove my point. I will ask that the news media be allowed to be present at the lie detector and publish the results. Mr Hendricks may choose any accredited lie detector administrator of his choice and the loser pays for the test. Thanks In advance Douglas H

It took 2 hours to have my oil changed and I thought I should have been told it would be longer due to being short staffed. Although I appreciated the customer servicemen giving me a free oil change, I had a small baby and really would not have opted to stay that long had I known.
