I had an 8:00am appt. on 8-24-19 for an oil change and tire rotation. I checked in at 7:47am and on paperwork my car was to be ready at 8:55am. At 9:15am I went to the service person and she was gonna go check on my car. At 9:30am my car was ready! Over 30 minutes after it was promised! Also it them 1 1/2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation when I had an appointment! I just feel that’s unacceptable.
