You shouldn’t say something is covered by warranty over the phone and take it back when you show up. I felt completely taken advantage of and then it took you over an hour to switch out 2 tires when my car was already in the back. I will never come back to this service department and I will never buy another Honda vehicle. This experience completely ruined my view of Honda.

Was not able to tell me why the sensor keeps going off nor provide a solution for preventative measures. Also my rear window does not dispense windshield fluid and salesperson was not able to tell me why that is so. I now have to bring my car in for someone else to look at.
