I would have preferred the state inspection take 30 minutes or less as that is the going pace at other smaller locations, but I do understand this is a full service dealership, so possibly waiting over an hour is the norm but when the wait time is almost similar to changing oil, it makes me wonder just how efficient the techs are at their jobs and if they are logging more unnecessary hours than needed. Just my two cents. Service is always courteous but just the wait time is tiring.
