Excellent service and got me in and out in about an hour. Met me outside and ready to get my car started. This is my 5th Honda and I love the service I have always gotten at Hendrick Honda. Larry Burris does an excellent job letting me know exactly what they did with my car. Great service dept.

The service dealer made accommodations for my recalled airbag service to be done. When he asked me if I wanted it done, I told him that the rep I scheduled my appt with over the phone told me it couldn’t be done on the weekends and that I had to schedule a separate appt. He asked two service guys while I was standing in front of him checking in & then he made it to the waiting area to inform me that he had a tech that could perform the service.

Had only state inspection scheduled but on my way to dealership the "B1 service soon" light came on. Dealership was able to accommodate me and do both without having to schedule another appointment.

We always enjoy are experience at Honda of Concord. They are pleasant, explain what is going to be done and if an issue arises an explanation is given and taken care of if it works into everyones schedule. If it is a need to be done now situation it gets done. Thanks.
