Bert Lumpkin was extremely personable and answered all of my questions! He event showed me new things about my keyfob that will be extremely helpful on the event the battery dies! Awesome experience.

The oil change took a little longer than I hoped it would since I had an appointment for the service, but I don't think it was an excessive wait. I will admit I was wishing for some more comfortable chairs however.

As always it was an excellent experience. Dealing with Shacoya is like putting life on auto pilot. I can step away from the controls with confidence knowing everything will be fine. Shacoya is my "Easy" button for getting service at Honda of Concord. Thank You.

The only thing that would make it better is if it were a little quicker..our oil change took about 90 mins.

My first time coming there. It was the Longest wait ever with an appointment. Was in there yesterday and now the climate control lights do not work. I received a text code for wash but not sure where to go to use it.
