I did have an appointment. I was just a little early, was taken right in on a busy, busy morning, was told it would be about an hour. In about an hour, my car was ready for me. David had told me what to expect, the charge, and answered any and all questions before and after the service call. I will return. Thank you. Oh, and I had a pleasant and warm place to wait and watch the activities of a happening kind of place.

Representative did everything she could. It was service and parts department that was unacceptable. I had made an appointment a few weeks in advance to have a fab replaced on my sons car while he was visiting from Pennsylvania. The day we showed up we were told there were no fabs in stock and had to wait until some were delivered the next day. He was planning on returning to Pennsylvania the next morning this poor oversight on the parts department created an inconvenience on my sons travel plans. Was very frustrating that no one could have contacted us before the appointment to tell us or no one took the time to check inventory the day before
