It was excellent with the exception of me picking up my car around 1300 only to receive a phone call at 1348 stating the tech left his wrenches in my mother's car, so I went and look and they were in there so the only two options given to me was for me to bring them back or the tech come and get them. Due to my work schedule and personal schedule I had to bring them back, I was not happy with the idea of the tech coming to get them from my house which was suggestion. I had to drive and fight traffic to bring them back up there which was around another 30 minute drive there and 30 back home. My first question is why was the tools left in the car to begin with? They should never have tools like that in the car due to grease possibly getting on the carpet or leather seats. I was not happy about having to spend another hour in the car to bring this back and wasting my personal gas since I'm a single mother of two and having to take car of my mother and run her errands as well as mine.

My service experience was wonderful! Even though it was for a safety recall, I greatly appreciated the check up on the vehicle. We had just purchased it and I was feeling really uneasy because it had a salvage title but that’s all he could afford. So to have the service department look over it without me asking and giving me a report on it was incredibly helpful and comforting! David was wonderful in answering my questions and reassuring.
