Always a pleasure going into the service area. Cureal Arrington was professional informative and friendly. Service was completed in a reasonable of time considering I didn't have an appointment and the department was busy! Made my day just to see everybody working together in order to satisfy the customers! Great job Cureal Arrington!

We called to see if there was a last minute appointment yesterday on Halloween when I saw Honda of Concord was having a "Trunk or Treat" and we needed an oil change anyway! Got in and got a shuttle to the mall after trunk or treating and got back with only 20 min to wait til finished!

I had a vibrating issue going on with my van. Daniel & I talk through when it was happening. The technician diagnosed it & fixed it correctly. Now it’s riding like a new car again! Daniel is always great to work with-explains everything & works to get me the best price. Plus I don’t have to come back because it’s fixed right the first time! i like knowing my car is going to get excellent care!

Even after 2 dissatisfied personal experiences by family and friends, I decided to buy from here. The first time I brought the car back was Thurs Oct 24th. I was getting on the highway, push the gas pedal all the way to the floor for max acceleration and my car did 4 hesitations, then the engine light started blinking. I was still able to drive 70+ to get to work, but then towed it to your dealership. I was told you couldn't do diagnostics until the next day, but I needed a vehicle for work. I've only had the car since Aug. I was told customer satisfaction was high on your priority list, but it definitely did not feel that way. I was told they couldn't duplicate the error in the engine but that I needed an axle replaced and that would cost me over $500. Except the noise I'd been hearing I heard on the test drive and was told it had been "fixed" before completing the sale. I asked to speak to the service mgr. Instead, my service rep went and spoke to him. He came back and told me I had the warranty and it would be covered, so what would be a good time to bring the car back. I set up an appointment. I brought it back on Wed Oct 30th. My service rep was off that day. I was given to a different service rep. My car was fixed, he brought me back out to finalize the paperwork and said I owed $556 and change. I'm sorry, what? I then explained what happened at the first visit and that it was supposed to be covered. I had to go back to the waiting room while he sorted it out with the service mgr, again. I was then told I had to pay a $200 deductible. Whoa again. Nobody said a thing about this. So I asked to just speak with the service mgr. Was told to wait. 20 mins later, I was told that sales is going to cover the $200 as a goodwill gesture, but if I came back to know that I would have to pay at least that amount next time. I thought the warranty was supposed to put my mind at ease for buying used from you, but all everyone has made me feel is put out. Like I'm doing everything wrong and I'm just some stupid female who doesn't know what she's doing. Very irritating. If anything else does go wrong, I refuse to go back there. I was demeaned at every turn, first by Bob the used car mgr, then by the men in the service dept. And the service mgr didn't even give me the courtesy of a face to face.
