My husband and I waited for 10 minutes in the service Area before we were greeted. Our appointment was at 12:20 so I’m not sure if that was the reason the staff just worked behind their desks without even acknowledging us. The following service representatives just watched when we arrived:Bert Lumpkin
And David Ittoop. Bert Lumpkin finally came over to ask if anyone had helped us. I thought this was unacceptable and reflected poor customer service.

Shacoya was excellent!! First time getting my car serviced at your location and I had excellent experience. Definitely would come back. Looked like it was short staffed that day, but Shacoya handled everything professionally, even though it looked like she’s the only one working that day, she didnt show any sign of being stressed and didnt affect her performance.
