My appointment for an oil change was scheduled today for 8:20. I arrived at 8:10 and was told that it would be an hour. At 9:50, Mr. itoop came and got me and told me he apologizes for the wait. He had two customers at the same time. When I got in my car, I checked to see if my oil was at 100% and it wasn’t. It was still at 40%. I turned around in the parking lot, parked and went back in and told me itoop. He made a phone call, got my keys and took my car in the back to take care of the oil reset on my car. He assured me that the work was done however, how do I truly know? Things happen I know however, just a little communication about my car would have been nice that’s all.

Larry Burris helped me with my appointment for my Honda's inspection. He was there to check me in immediately upon arrival. The inspection took no time at all and I was back on my way! Larry was so pleasant and very helpful today. I was a teacher for 30 years. Larry definitely got an A for the day!!! ????
