Wait was a bit long today , but William, did all needed for me , gave me updates on my car and offer the shuttle when time was needed for me to leave, which I did , that was great I got picked up in time. Honda of concord never disappoints, best service THnak you Oscar

I came in this morning and asked for an oil change and a basic clean. I've been coming there for a long time and the basic clean has always been 21.99. When I came back this evening I had been charged $44 for the wash. I had signed off earlier that morning without closely checking the charge, because I had no reason to believe that there would be a difference from the many times I had come there before. David explained that they went up on the price for the car wash a few months earlier. He showed me the sign. However, the wash was no longer called a basic clean. It was called a completed Deluxe service car wash. I would have appreciated if David would have pointed out that the basic clean was no longer offered, instead of just switching me to the lowest priced watch that was currently being offered. No price adjustment offer was made. It's always frustrating to receive a $30 higher charge on your bill then you were expecting for the same services that you've been getting for years.
