I want the settings not to be changed. The mileage was changed. It has a zero in front of mileage - 021413 miles. Where did the zero come from? There was another message when I left the dealership. Something about driver 1. That has not appeared before. That part is correct. I am driver 1. I have left before when the settings were not returned the same as when I drove in. Even with a manual, some things I don’t understand. In the future, I will not leave the dealership if everything is not the it was when I entered. Ellar Hicks. The Service Provider was excellent. This is the third time this problem has occurred on the 2016 Honda Fit. I still feel there is a flaw in the design of the splash guard.
David was warm and friendly. He clarified the reason for my visit and set clear expectations for me including how long I should expect to wait. Upon completion of the service to my vehicle David explained in detail what was done and also explained some recommended services that my vehicle will require soon. He patiently answered my questions and gave me the why’s and risks that are present if the service needs are not addressed. I felt well cared for and valued as a customer. Thanks David.
