When I got there the first thing i did was pull in the garage took about 20 to get acknowledged and another 20 to what it felt like forever for the representatives to fight over who was gonna take my car in. And I guy walking with a clear board which I know he’s job was to greet Customers kept ignoring me. Why is it that every-time I go there I don’t get the customer service I deserve?

Took 5 days to get an appointment for regular maintenance, 15000 miles. Then it took 3 days to get a call back from a manager after I had called back on the second day only to be put through to voice mail for 2 different folks. When I did get a call back it seems there were appointments on Wed. And Thur. All I could ever get from the manager was on sorry. To top it off, when I told the service worker that my wipers were streaking and were only 8 months old, he told me they were only guaranteed for 15 000 miles. I asked him if I drove 15000 miles in one month would he tell me the same thing? He said yes and that is ridiculous. Danny also promised me my vehicle would be ready at 9am so I didnt take the shuttle. At 9 20 I got my car, not too bad but that put me late for my 10am at work. Issac did everything he could to make me happy and I can say he was the only one.
