My vehicle issue is not resolved , I am still getting the error on my dash board. I am not sure what technician fixed, I am not happy with the fixes. Bert service is very good, very friendly and happy to talk to him. But, technicians are not capable of finding the issue which is disappointing.

I had a low tire pressure notification. I had maintenance 2 weeks prior. Showed up at the dealership without an appointment. Isaac personally checked my tire pressure and discovered a nail in one of the tires. 2 hours later I left the dealdership with my tire patched. Another visit with excellent customer service from Isaac. He’s the reason I go to Honda of Concord for services.

Please make sure that the service techs check the TPMS after rotating the tires. The low pressure prompt came on after I left the dealership. Had to go somewhere else to have it checked. Second service on this car, second time this has happened. Bert was great. No issues.
