She was incapable of getting the shuttle to pick me up. I called after an 1,5 hr had passed got voicemail and told her Randy had not arrived. Called her again after 1.5 hrs after not hearing from her. Talked to Amber who got in touch with Randy. I finally got picked up at 1:50. During the check out process she said she didn’t know why Randy didn’t come and took no responsibility for the problem and really made no effort to resolve. I’ve used your shuttle service many times and if told Randy has always arrived.

My vehicle has not been repaired correctly and was referred to Honda too late. Should have never been worked on at a Chrysler Dodge Ram Store and referred to you after they tried their best to get an unqualified Ase mechanic to complete a detailed wiring harness issue that was not within his qualifications to complete and subsequently is being evaluated by 2 other Honda Service Departments to determine the cost of corrective repairs. I refused the vehicle 3 times for corrections and upon finally taking the vehicle immediately regretted driving it home. I will seek recouse for reimbursement. The work performed on our vehicle that is now being assed by other qualified Honda ASE certified mechanics will be forwarded to the Hendick Automotive Group for examination of the whole process that took place and the persons involved that determined it was within their scope of expertise to work on this vehicle. The vehicle now has to be repaired correctly at a Honda store that is qualified to do such an extensive repair..very extensive and expensive. Sincerely Aaron
Brad is always engaged, mindful and considerate. This visit he was sympathetic towards my frustration with my older Honda (that was a result of a brake issue that seemed to come out of nowhere) and he showed empathy and made me feel better regarding my situation. It’s always a pleasure dealing with him and everyone in the service department.
