Jeremy was so helpful and professional. I so appreciate how he got my key made. I did not have an appointment, but had called the service department and told them I would be there Friday or Saturday. Jeremy assured me he would get it done. Thank you Honda for having courteous employees like Jeremy.

Seems your standards are way above other places that inspect vehicles. Seems the clear plastic to avoid glare that has been on my daughters vehicle for the past two years did not pass your gauge. But when I too it to two other places it did pass. How does that happen? Maybe your gauge needs to be checked. I will be taking it to the dmv to triple check and be back in to resolve this issue. In the mean time you might check your gauge for accuracy before others have to go thru this drama. Sincerely, Tammy Lamoreux
