I was impressed with service .
First I could not get someone to wait on me. Other people who came in after me were taken before me.
Vehicle problem was not resolved - had never experienced this issue - was instructed that they have no solution and it can sometimes happen.
When the mechanic was driving my vehicle he or she blew out 2 tires. Advisor wanted me to sign off on paperwork that I was responsible for $504.00 for the tires. When I wouldn’t sign I was instructed that I could not have any paperwork.
Wasn’t able to get my car back washed because only one was operational and after waiting for approximately 20-minutes I had to leave.
I dropped off my vehicle at 12:30 on Friday and it wasn’t available until after approximately 1:30pm on Saturday when I was told at 11:15 am that it would be about an hour.
Overall poor customer service at every step. My son was at the part store on Friday and couldn’t get anyone to wait on him either.
Jeremy is the Best. He was very busy however he remain professional and was able to handle my needs as soon as he could. Definitely multi tasking and he remained cool, calm and collected.
Jessica was an outstanding ambassador
providing concierge level service to make my
service visit trouble free and attentive to providing service
progress updates. She also directed me as to how to
continue with a schedule for future maintenance
updates for my Accord.
