The service advisor that I worked with was fine, but overall I’m disappointed with the recent service at this location. It was very difficult to get an appointment and I have been coming here for years and have never had a problem. Even with an appointment I waited 2 hours. Then the last 2 times getting my van serviced, my tire depth has been incorrectly measured. The tires are a year old, which I had purchased at this location, with less than 20K miles on them, and was being told they needed to be replaced. The technician and the service advisor measured the tires differently when I questioned it. This makes me mistrust advice on my van, which I have never felt before. I do not like to be cheated. I know the odyssey eats tires (this is my 2nd van) and I’m always looking for advice on the best tire to get, but I’m told today to look on forums. It is hard for me to believe that no other Odyssey owners complain about tires wearing out much too soon.
