The service was completed in the time estimated and the tech reminded me I needed a state inspection. He did, however, come to Me twice with recommendations the computer made that even he acknowledged were unnecessary. Also, the prices on the recommendation street were insanely high ($49.95 to replace a brake light) and no until I asked about it did he tell me they weren’t the real prices. It felt a little like they were hoping I would pay for something I didn’t need.

Had to explain to multiple people what the problem was with my van. On the phone, then when I dropped it off, and again on the phone to another individual. Each time it sounded like it was typed into a computer... not sure why I had to keep explaining.

I did not like that a 3 oil change coupon I was sent and used for my first oil change last year was not accepted as it was over 90 days old. It was used for my first oil change on my Ridgeline within 90 days, but who gets three oil changed on a vehicle within 90 days? If all three oil changes need to be done within 90 days the coupon is misleading and worthless.

Mr. Owen's was very knowledgeable about our vehicle. He also notified us of the replacement filters that the vehicle needed as well. Great customer service would recommend any one to come and see him.
