Issac customer service was awesome!!
Brad was so awesome I brought him cookies!! I couldn’t be more pleased. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was great.
Always pleased with the service
Thanks to Jessica, I got my vehicle serviced in time for me to use it this affternoon
Bradley went out of his way to coordinate with the Collision Center to make sure that everything I needed was done within the time frame that I had...he even came to work early just to make sure I had my car back when I needed it! Great job!!
Bert took AWESOME care of me and my vehicle. Very accommodating!!
After telling me that my vehicle would be ready at 12pm on Tuesday, I left work and found transportation to the dealership only to find that my car was not ready. They then assured me that the car would be ready around 6pm. After taking the shuttle home, I get a call telling me that my vehicle would not be ready until the following day. Upon picking up the car, no one apologized for my inconvenience or for the hassle of having to take off of work to pick up a vehicle which was not ready. I missed two days of work due to this confusion
Best service dept around!
Curreal was great. First class experience
My only complaint was I had to wait 20 minutes before I was greeted in the service department
An excellent job done and it didn't take long. Good Service and everyone very polite.
Daniel made sure that I received the express service that I had made an appointment for. He provided excellent service.
Had no problems with the results of my visit.
Very happy with time and how it was handled

Very happy with courteous thorough
Service
One of the main reasons I brought my car in was because my passenger side door wouldn’t open and I thought/think it’s because the door lock/unlock knob had fallen off (maybe even down in the window/door) or that there was something wrong with the door lock knob as it relates to being connected with the handle. I was aware that I needed actuators, however, I am also aware that my door can still open w/o them (has been for over 3 years now). When I first got my car back, I noticed the door lock/unlock knob was still missing, however, when I reached over to see if the door would open from the inside, it did so I assumed by unlocking the doors with the key, both doors opened. Once I got home, I tried locking/in locking my door with the key and this didn’t work for the passenger side, which would be ok, if I had the passenger side lock/unlock knob because I could just reach over and lock/unlock the door manually and hopefully open it like I have been for years. My car had been there for about 5-6 days and it’s frustrating not having this fixed because my plan was to drive my car for vacation and now I have had tto delay that because of this and I didn’t fit a rental in my budget because of the high cost of getting my car fixed and come to find out, it’s still not fixed. I don’t want this to come off as my representative not being courteous/professional because he was, however, there seems to have been a misunderstanding/misinterpretation of what exactly it was I needed. In order to make this right, I’m hoping that 1) the door can be fixed first thing this morning so that my vacation doesn’t have to be prolonged any further or 2) if it can’t be fixed first thing this morning that you all potentially provide a rental for me to drive while you fix it or 3) some sort of compensatory solution.
The service department was great with keeping in touch with me while my vehicle was being serviced about all the details and throughly explaining exactly what steps they were doing to take care of my car! As soon as I walked into the facility I was greeted and treated with care and respect!
